VietJet Air, the Vietnamese low-cost carrier, has announced the launch of new flight routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City to Tiruchirappalli (Tamil Nadu) and Da Nang to Ahmedabad (Gujarat). This expansion further strengthens the airline’s presence in the rapidly growing India-Vietnam travel market.
The new routes aim to cater to the rising demand for air travel between the two countries, offering Indian travelers more affordable and convenient options to explore Vietnam’s scenic landscapes and vibrant culture. The Ho Chi Minh City – Tiruchirappalli route will enhance connectivity with southern India, a key region with a strong Vietnamese diaspora and growing tourism interest. Meanwhile, the Da Nang – Ahmedabad route will provide western Indian travelers with direct access to Vietnam’s coastal charm and business opportunities.
