Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has unveiled a new 100% carbon-neutral property in Bengaluru under its “EcoExpress” brand, marking a major milestone in sustainable mid-segment hospitality. The 60-room hotel reflects the company’s dedication to eco-friendly practices while offering modern amenities for conscious travelers.

After the success of its Kochi property, the brand is on track to open new hotels in Nagpur, Kota, Vadodara, and Aurangabad by early 2025. With innovative 3D volumetric construction technology driving its EBOT model, the company ensures quick, sustainable development for its properties.

Vinod K. Tripathi, Executive Chairman, emphasized Eco Hotels’ mission to redefine Indian hospitality by combining comfort and sustainability. CFO Vikram Doshi highlighted their goal of achieving profitability by 2026, backed by dynamic decision-making and professional excellence.

Targeting eco-tourism and business hubs like Mysore and Tirupati, the company is reshaping mid-segment hospitality.
