Dusit Hotels and Resorts, the distinguished Thai hospitality brand, has taken a significant step into the Indian market through a new hotel management agreement with Shravanthi Hotels and Resorts, a leading developer of luxury accommodations in India. This partnership paves the way for Devarana Sakleshpur, A Dusit Retreat, scheduled to open in March 2028.
Nestled in Karnataka’s picturesque Sakleshpur region, Devarana Sakleshpur will feature 75 luxurious villas and suites, spanning sizes from 47m² to 90m², with 25 of these units offering private plunge pools for an added touch of exclusivity. The property’s amenities will include an infinity pool, a signature restaurant celebrating South Indian cuisine, and an all-day dining area to cater to diverse tastes.
This project represents Dusit’s first Devarana Retreat outside of China, highlighting its strategy to expand into key international markets. Designed to attract both domestic and global travelers, the retreat will offer a sanctuary focused on wellness, relaxation, and personalized experiences amidst Sakleshpur’s stunning natural beauty.
