Delhi has inaugurated its longest golf course, an 18-hole, 7,377-yard expanse in Dwarka’s Sector 24. Spanning 158 acres, this state-of-the-art facility features expansive greens, four lakes, and the nation’s longest driving range at 375 yards.
Developed at a cost of ₹250 crore, the course offers a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, restaurant, snack kiosks, tapas corners, and a cafeteria. Additional facilities encompass meeting spaces, a tech studio, lecture hall, pro-shop, equipment fitment studio, swimming pool, and wellness areas with sauna and steam rooms.
Incorporating sustainable practices, the course utilizes a computerized automatic irrigation system, underground drainage, and stormwater recharge wells to conserve water.
The facility operates on a pay-and-play basis, with options for three- and five-year playing rights. Entry fees and monthly subscriptions vary, with three-year rights ranging from ₹3 to ₹9 lakh and monthly fees between ₹1,500 and ₹2,200.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, who inaugurated the course, emphasized its role in promoting sports and providing professional golf training opportunities. This development positions Dwarka as a premier destination for golf enthusiasts, offering world-class facilities and a commitment to sustainability.
